摘要
在ERP管理系统中,供应商管理是核心,只有将供应商管理好了,电力物资企业ERP物资管理模块才有了坚固的重心。本文从供应商调查、考核、激励与控制等多角度进行探讨,得出实现供应商有效管理的方案,以达到电力物资企业与供应商的双赢。
In the ERP management system,supplier management is the core.Only good supplier management would electric supplies enterprise ERP Material Management module have a solid center of gravity.This article has a dicussion with the supplier survey,evaluation,motivation and control of multiple perspectives,comes to the programe to realize effective management of suppliers to achieve a win-win business between power enterprises and suppliers.
