A company and its CEO have almost been a myth in the history of real estate,and may this myth probably continue？Why the A company can become a myth？ The company＇s CEO？ The mechanism of the company？ Or both of them？ This paper will make a discussion on how to achieve human resource management with high performance in A company,and make appropriate analysis at the same time,hoping to contribute to the academic filed and business community.
