海南省财政支农与农村居民消费的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Financial Support for Agriculture and Rural Consumption in Hainan

扩大国内需求,对于保持国民经济持续健康发展至关重要,而增加农村居民消费需求是扩大内需的根本途径。文中基于1988-2008年海南省的时间序列数据,运用平稳性检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果检验等方式,揭示了农民消费与财政支农的关系,最后提出了扩大农民消费需求方面建议。

The expansion of domestic demand is essential to maintain a sustained and healthy development of national economy,and the increasing rural household consumption demand is the fundamental way of expanding domestic demand.In this paper,based on 1988-2008 annual time series data of Hainan Province,the relationship between consumption and financial support for agriculture are revealed by the ways of stationary test,cointegration test and Granger causality test,etc.,and the proposals to to expand rural consumption demand of farmers are finally put forward.
