论高职毕业生的就业心态及其正确引导

Concerning and Guidance on Employment Psychology of Higher Vocational and Technical College Graduate Students

高职毕业生要在激烈的就业竞争中胜出是很困难的,因而他们的就业心态种种:自暴自弃型;自强不息型;怀才不遇型;投机取巧型。本文主要通过对高职毕业生就业心态的探索,进而提出四个引导措施:在对比中给自己合理定位;端正心态,面向基层;做好就业指导和咨询工作;积极创业。

Higher vocational graduates win in the fierce employment competition is very difficult.Their employment psychologies are various： abandon themselves,self-renewal,talent type,and speculative type.This paper explored employment psychologies of vocational students,and then put forward four guide measures： to give yourself a reasonable positioning in contrast,correct attitude and turn to grass-roots,effective employment guidance and consulting work,positive business.
