以“卓越计划”为契机,探索地方高校汽车专业人才培养的新模式

Take "the Excellence Project" as an Opportunity to Explore the Talent Training of Automotive Engineering for Local Colleges

随着我国汽车产业的快速发展,许多高校纷纷开设与汽车产业相关的专业。传统的汽车专业人才培养模式由于存在理论与实践严重脱节,导致学生缺乏解决工程实际问题及改革创新的能力,引起了国家和社会的关注。目前,国家教育部已启动"卓越工程师教育培养计划",将带来汽车专业人才培养模式的重大变革。本文针对地方本科院校的汽车专业,提出应以"卓越计划"为契机,结合地方汽车产业特点,积极探索校企合作的"3+1"汽车专业人才培养模式,以加强学生的工程素质教育。

With the rapid development of China＇s automobile industry,many universities have set up the professional of automotive engineering.Due to a serious gap between theory and practice,the traditional training of automotive professionals leads students to lack of the ability of solving practical Engineering problems,which has arisen the attention of state and society.Currently,the State Ministry of Education has launched the ＂Project of Excellent Engineer Education Program＂ which will bring a great change of professional training of automotive engineering.Local colleges should grasp this opportunity to explore the ＂3＋1＂ training model cooperated between schools and local automotive enterprises,and thus to enhance the engineering quality of students.
