Teaching Mode Innovation of Financial Management Major in Newly-promoted Undergraduate College

新生本科院校面临几年后本科评估的压力,同时为了适应时代的需要,我们必须改变原有的教学模式。财务管理专业有自己的特点,其教学模式的改变应该围绕如何打造创新型师资队伍,怎样培养学生的创新素质,深化专业教学内容和课程体系的改革,增加创新创业类课程,以及如何构建有利于学生创新能力培养的评价体系等方面入手。

As educational evaluation pressure of the newly-promoted undergraduate college,and adaption to era＇s needs,we must change our original teaching mode.Based on the characteristics of financial management major,the teaching mode should focus on building innovative teacher team,cultivating students＇ innovative quality,deepening professional teaching contents and curriculum system reforms,increasing curriculum about innovation and founding a business and constructing the evaluation system which is contribute to training of students＇ innovative ability.
