摘要
文章从高校管理激励机制的建立及运行过程,动态的非单一性的考察高校教师职业生涯管理的问题,并建立相应的激励机制模型以促进其职业生涯管理的发展,最终达到高校与教师个人的双赢。
From the establishment and the operation process of management incentive mechanism in college,the paper discusses the career management problems of college teachers through dynamic and multidimensional methods,and establish corresponding incentive mechanism model in order to promote the development of the career management,and finally achieve double-gain situation with the college and the teachers.
