摘要
阅览室是中职学校图书馆的重要组成,是广大教工和学生获取新知识重要场所,阅览室的读者服务工作是联系读者与图书馆的纽带,其服务手段的改革优化创新关系到报刊文献资料能否被读者充分利用。为了搞好图书馆阅览室的读者服务工作,馆员应当树立以读者为本的服务理念,提高自身素质,加强期刊管理,了解读者需求和阅读心理,提高参考咨询服务的能力;阅览室要加强硬件条件建设,特别是要加强信息手段建设,更好地为读者服务。
Reading-room is an important component of library in secondary vocational school,is an important place in which faculty and students acquire new knowledge.Reader service of library is the link of contacting with the library and readers;reform,optimization and innovation of its service means are vital to good use of literature and newspaper by readers.In order to improve the reader service of reading room in library,librarians should establish reader-oriented idea,improve own quality,strengthen the periodical management,understand the demand of the readers and reading psychology,and improve the ability of reference consultation service.At the same time,reading room should strengthen hardware construction;especially strengthen construction of information means to better service for readers.
