阐述了齿坯精锻工艺的特点,介绍了设备选型、下料、加热、工艺及模具设计,并总结了齿坯精锻工艺有关技术方面的问题。
States the characteristics of gear blanks' precision forging, gives themethods of the equipment selecting, gear blanking, heating and processing as well as the diesets designing. Some technical problems existed in the process are also summarised.
