摘要 鉴于现有岩石可截割性表示方法不能合理的指导掘进机的设计和选型,并且岩石可截割性分级定义不明确,致使岩石掘进机使用时截割比能耗大、粉尘量大等问题突出。文章给出了岩石可截割性定义并解释了其三层含义,初步制定了岩石可截割性分级标准,分析表明用抗压强度计算岩石可截割性级值具有明显优势。并基于岩石可截割性的定义和级值标准,推导出了给定纵轴式掘进机可经济截割岩石的可截割性级值理论估算公式,为纵轴式掘进机的选型和工作能力评估建立了理论依据。 Due to the available rock cutability expression method could not rationally guide the design and selection of the mine roadheader,and the rock cutability classification definition not clear,thus the rock roadheader would have a high cutting specific energy,high dust quantity and other problems occurred during the operation.The paper provided the definition of the rock cutability and explained the three meanings.The classification standard of the rock cutability was preliminarily set up.The analysis showed that the rock cutability value calculated with the compressive strength would have obvious advantages.Base on the definition and classification standard of the rock cutability,the theoretical estimated formula of the cutability classification value was derived for the economic rock cutting of the longitudinal roadheader and the theoretical references could be set up for the selection and the working capacity evaluation of the longitudinal roadheader.
