摘要
运用自行研制的煤自燃特性综合测试装置和GC4000A型气相色谱仪,根据耗氧量、生成气体两个关键指标分析研究了不同煤种低温氧化阶段气体吸附与解析过程特性。认为:耗氧速率缓慢、耗氧曲线平缓是煤低温氧化阶段共有的特性,这一特性决定于该阶段以物理化学吸附为主的内在作用过程机理;而该阶段煤的结构和反应性决定了气态产物的种类及其产生的初始温度和产生速率。
The domestic developed comprehensive measuring device of the coal spontaneous combustion features and the GC4000A gas chromatograph was applied to analyze and study the gas adsorption and solution process features at different coal low temperature oxidation stages according to the two key indexes of the oxygen consumption and generated gas.The paper held that a slow oxygen consumed rate and gentle oxygen consumption curve would be the common features of the coal low temperature oxidation stage.The features determined the physical and chemical adsorption as the main intrinsic action process mechanism at this stage and the coal structure and reaction at this stage determined the type of the gas products and the initial temperature and the generated viscosity.
