摘要
玻璃钢锚杆的主要缺陷是抗扭强度很差,从而在很大程度上限制了其应用领域。文章主要分析了如何通过改进玻璃钢锚杆的组分和成型工艺来提高其抗扭强度。通过扭转试验和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察得到了不同加入量的固化剂(MEKP)、纳米莫来石以及聚氨酯对玻璃钢锚杆扭矩的影响。同时,研究发现对树脂胶液抽真空后可显著改善杆体的抗扭强度。
The main shortage of the reinforced fiber glass bolt is the poor tortional strength and thus the application of the bolt would be highly restricted.The paper mainly analyzed how to improve the composition and forming technique of the reinforced fiber glass bolt in order to improve the tortional strength.With the torsion test and the scanning electron microscope,the different added curing agent,nano-mullite and polyurethane affected to the torque of the reinforced fiber glass bolt could be observed.Meanwhile the study found that the vacuumized resin liquid could obviously improve the tortional strength of the bolt.
