随着信息技术的高速发展,数字图书馆的信息服务正在从面向信息资源向面向用户信息活动转变,而用户体验是用户进行信息活动的直接体现。从信息资源构建与整合、交互界面和信息反馈的设计方面构建数字图书馆信息服务模型,用户与用户的交互、用户与信息的交互是用户体验的关键。

With the rapid development of information technology, digital library information service is transforming from information resource-oriented to user information activity-oriented. User experience is directly characterized by the information activities. In this paper, the information service model of digital library is explored from the construction and consolidation of information resources, interaction and interface, and information feedback design. Among them, the interaction between users and users, and the interaction between users and information are crucial factors of user experience.
