摘要
文章从竞争情报获取活动入手,基于情报源和情报搜集方法两个方面对企业竞争情报的获取途径以及在竞争情报获取活动中的相关法律问题进行了分析。
The paper begins with CI （Competive intelligence） acquiring activity, and analyzes the enterprise＇s approaches to acquire CI based on intelligence sources and methods of CI sellection, and discusses some related legal issues in the activity.
