借鉴“银祥模式”,保障肉品安全

Learning from YXGOOD MODE and to guarantee safety of meat products

"瘦肉精"事件为我国肉品安全现状敲响了警钟,我们有必要探索并推行一套新的食品安全保障方法。厦门银祥集团于2001年创造"银祥模式",经过十年实践,已经完善为从养殖到餐桌的新型肉品安全保障模式。介绍了"银祥模式"三环节六步骤的实施细节,剖析了该模式背后的企业精神,为改善我国肉品质量提供方法借鉴。

The ＂ clenbuterol＂ event makes present situation of meat safety serious in China, and we need to explore and implement a new food safety system. Xia -men Yin -xiang Group created the YX- GOOD MODE in 2001 ,after ten years of practice,the mode has been improved to be a new meat safety and security mode from breeding to table. In this paper, the six steps and three parts of YXGOOD MODE to link the implementation details were described, and the entrepreneurial spirit behind the model was analyzed, intending to provide methods of improving the quality of our meat products.
