环境保护涉及社会各个领域，公路建设与环境保护密切相关。文章通过公路建设对环境的影响，从可研、测设、施工等公路主要建设程序上，就新建、改建公路与自然环境的关系作了详细讨论，提出了公路建设应与环境保护完美结合，成为改造环境。

Environment protection is related with the all fields of society, while highway construction is closely related to environment protection. From the effect of highway construction on the environment protection, the relationship between the newly\|built, rehabited highways and natural surroundings is discussed in this article from aspects of main procedures of highway construction, such as the feasibility study, survey and design and construction, and it is stressed that highway construction should be combined perfectly with environment, and it become the prototype aims to remake, to construct, to protect the environment.\;
