绝经后由于雌激素的缺乏,将发生一系列严重危害患者生活质量的健康事件。激素治疗是能够全面解决这一问题的惟一方案。目前在国内,主要的难点在于对激素治疗(HT)的认知不足。今后一方面需要对妇产科及其他科室的医生进行各种学术宣讲,提高使用HT的信心,同时扩大更年期门诊的建立;另一方面通过各种媒体对一般民众宣传绝经相关知识,提高他们的认知水平和对绝经问题的重视程度。

Because of the estrogen deficiency, a se- ries of negative events that may deteriorate the health situation will happen. Hormone therapy （HT） is a solution that may solve the almost all of the prob- lems. The problem here now in China's Mainland is the lack of know-how of the menopause and HRT in the population. Continue medical education （CME） should be done to education the OBGYN doctors to increase their confidence towards HT. Hospitals should be encouraged to set up the climacteric clin- ics. On the other hand, educate the populationthrough media to raise their recognition of menopause and HT is also very important.
