有更年期症状的患者如同时合并子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症、糖尿病、高血压、血栓形成倾向、胆囊疾病、哮喘、高泌乳素血症或有乳腺癌家族史应用激素治疗时应仔细评估,个体化分析每个患者的慎用情况,以期为患者提供更好的医疗服务。

Patients with menopausal symptoms, espeeially those who are also complicated with any disease of uterine fibroids, endometriosis, diabetes,hypertension, thrombophilia, gallbladder diseases, asthma, and hyperprolaefinemia, or also with a family history of breast cancer, should be individually and carefully assessed when hormone replacement therapy is applied to them, so as to provide better medical service to them.
