摘要
绝经后妇女卵巢内分泌功能减退,体内雌激素水平降低,下生殖道出现萎缩,并引起相关症状,即阴道干涩,外阴阴道刺激和瘙痒以及性交困难等,通常是进行性的。因此,需采用激素治疗以改善妇女绝经后症状,提高生活质量。
The endocrine function of ovaries decreased in women after menopause, also had low estrogen level, shriveled in lower genital tract, and caused related symptoms progressively, such as vaginal dryness, irritation and itching of vulva and vagina, dyspareunia. Therefore, hormone therapy is necessary to improve the symptoms and the life quality in women after menopause.
