摘要
上海桃浦东路—真南路下立交工程中,有1段采用箱涵顶进法下穿京沪、沪昆铁路。分析了工程的难点,并从工程的地质条件入手,较详细地介绍了工作坑的施工、钢筋混凝土箱涵的制作、对铁路线的加固、滑板及后背的制作、箱涵下穿铁路的施工技术等。施工中提出的一些工艺和措施,对软土地区既有线下箱涵顶进施工具有较好的指导意义。
Taking Shanghai East Taopu Rd.-Zhennan Rd.underpass-type interchange project for example,the box culvert jacking method is adopted of one section to cross beneath Jinghu Railway and Hukun Railway.On the basis of geological conditions of the project,the difficulties are introduced in this paper with a detailed discussion on the construction of working pit,the fabrication of reinforced concrete box culvert,the strengthening of railway,the fabrications of sliding plate and back rest and the construction technique of box culvert crossing beneath railway,etc.Some techniques and measures of the project may provide great guidance meaning for similar projects in soft soil areas.
