摘要 市政工程中所用到的工程机械,如挖掘机、吊车、叉车、铺路机等,因输出功率大,需采用柴油机作为动力源;然而,柴油机所提供的电源非常不稳定,影响了监控其运行状态的电子设备。介绍了一般的电源处理电路中采取的三端稳压芯片降压、稳压芯片和滤波电容组合以及前置熔丝等3种方法。着重就电源处理电路的优化设计、电路构成及功能分析进行了论述。该项技术运用于叉车的监控系统,能保证其正常运行。该叉车组合仪表用电源电路已申请专利并获批准。 Engineering machinery used in municipal engineering such as excavator,crane,forklift and paver,etc.shall need diesel engine as power producer due to its large output power.But,power supplied by diesel engine is very unstable,which may influence the electronic equipment in monitoring condition.There are three methods introduced in this paper including three-end constant voltage chip,the combination of voltage regulator chip & filter capacitor and pre-fuse.Several key points are discussed with emphasis as follows: the optimal design of power processing circuit,circuit composition and function analysis.The technique can be applied in the monitoring system of forklift and can keep its normal running.Moreover,the power circuit used in forklift combined instrument has applied for a patent and has been approved.
