摘要
物流供应商的的好坏对一个企业的成败起着关键的作用。本文通过理论分析提出基于交易成本的物流供应商评价指标体系,并对所收集数据进行因子分析,对评价指标进行识别及确定其权重,最后建立物流供应商综合评价模型。
The quality of logistics providers plays a key role in the success of a business. This paper proposed the logistics supplier evaluation index system based on transaction cost theory, and conducted factor analysis of the collected data, identified the evaluation index and determined their weight, and finally established the evaluation model of logistics providers.
