The Preparation of Electronic Assembly Process Planning

工艺文件是产品生产重要的技术文件之一,本文从企业生产一线工艺的角度论述了工艺文件的两大组成部分、电子产品工艺文件的成套性编制和工艺文件的管理,着重讲述了指导技术操作的工艺文件———工艺规程的编制。

The process file is one of important technical documents of product production. This paper discussed two major components of process documents, the preparation of sets of technical documents and the management of process documents from the point of production line process, highlighted the preparation of technical documents which guide the technical operation.
