By analyzing the urgency of talents training of conservation project＇s file management, the paper describes the characteristic of talents training of conservation project＇s file management. Not only the file management related professional knowledge and skills are needed to learn, but also both the policies and regulations and professional technical knowledge of conservation project should be learnt. It also proposes the education in college of construction is an important way to train the talents of conservation project＇s file management.
