随着我国经济的日益增长,现代化程度不断提高,路桥工程进入黄金建设时期。目前,我国路桥施工企业管理较为落后,粗放式管理模式普遍存在,尤其是在质量、成本、进度控制等方面。本文基于路桥工程项目管理,就其人力资源管理、成本管理与控制、合同管理目标的落实、精益化管理方面进行了详实的阐述与分析,并提出了相应对策。

As China＇s economy growing, the degree of modernization is improving, road and bridge construction project has entered a golden period.
