摘要
随着我国经济的日益增长,现代化程度不断提高,路桥工程进入黄金建设时期。目前,我国路桥施工企业管理较为落后,粗放式管理模式普遍存在,尤其是在质量、成本、进度控制等方面。本文基于路桥工程项目管理,就其人力资源管理、成本管理与控制、合同管理目标的落实、精益化管理方面进行了详实的阐述与分析,并提出了相应对策。
As China's economy growing, the degree of modernization is improving, road and bridge construction project has entered a golden period. At present, China is lagging behind in business management of road and bridge construction, extensive management model is common, especially in the aspects of quality, cost, and schedule control and so on.
