Project Cost Management of the Whole Staff

本文通过对采油厂所处的国内外经济环境的分析,提出在投资领域进行全员造价管理。在对工程项目各个阶段的任务及影响造价的因素及涉及部门进行分析的基础上,讨论了工程造价的确定和控制与各相关部门的相关性,探讨了全员造价管理的可行性及效果,最后提出通过奖惩制度的保障措施。

Based on the analysis of the domestic and international economic environment that oil extraction plant faced, this paper suggests conducting cost management in the whole staff in the investment field. Based on the analysis of tasks in all phases of the project and factors affecting the cost and the related department, it discusses the determination and control of project cost and the relevance of the relevant departments, and explores the feasibility of cost management in the whole staff and effects, finally proposed the safeguards through reward and punishment system.
