摘要
国有企业是我国国民经济的主导力量,在经济危机形势下研究国有企业的培训问题更有现实意义。本从从国企培训普遍存在的问题入手,逐个角度分析问题与现状,并尝试从不同角度提出有建设性的建议和意见。文章认为,现有形势下,国有企业充分认识到危机中培训工作的重要性,下决心完善培训体系建设,是重中之重。
State owned enterprises constitute the leading force in national economy. It requires to study the staff training of them under the very difficult external economic situation. This paper starts with the average problems in the training of state owned enterprises, gives analysis of the present status taking different points of view then makes various suggestions. The paper concludes that state-owned enterprises should fully recognize the urgency and importance of career training in the crisis so that make efforts to build an effective system of training.
