根据电容值与介电常数成正比,用电容的变化来检测茂菲管内液位的变化,制成液位传感器,以非接触方式将液位的变化转化为电信号。电信号经过整流和放大输入接触器,接触器将信号送入下一级工作电路。一路信号触发报警系统可发出声、光信号。另一路信号触发控制电路,对药液加温或阻断液体的流动。第三路信号触发发射系统,向接收系统发射无线射频信号,接收系统报警并显示患者床位号,提醒陪护人员和医护人员进行处理。
According to the principle that capacitance value is proportional to dielectric constants, a liquid level sensor is made to detect the changes of the fluid level in Murphy's drip bulb by means of the changes of capacitance, transferring the changes of the fluid level into electrical signals in the non contact way. Next electrical signals are put into the contactor after rectification and enlargement. Then the contactor sends the electrical signals to the next operating circuit. The first channel signal triggers the Manning system and sends sound, light signals. The second channel signal triggers the controlling circuit and heats the medicated liquid and blocks its flow. The third channel signal triggers launching system and sends wireless radio frequency signals to the receiving system which gives an alarm, showing the bed numbers to remind the chaperone personnel and medical staff to take measures in time.
