民办高校辅导员队伍建设主要应加强职业道德建设,激励管理等措施,原则是:以人为本、物质激励与精神激励相结合、公平公正、层次性及有效性原则。
Construction of counselor team in private college should primarily strengthen professional ethics, and conduct incentive management. The principle is： people oriented, material incentives combined with mental stimulation, fair, level and effectiveness.
