民办高校辅导员队伍建设主要应加强职业道德建设,激励管理等措施,原则是:以人为本、物质激励与精神激励相结合、公平公正、层次性及有效性原则。
Construction of counselor team in private college should primarily strengthen professional ethics, and conduct incentive management. The principle is: people oriented, material incentives combined with mental stimulation, fair, level and effectiveness.
