图书馆要发挥最大作用,必须从以下三方面作起一:"读者至上"服务理念不变,但是思想必须适应社会发展变化,具有超前意识和精湛业务水平;二图书文献设置因地制宜,适应广大读者的需求;三图书馆的现代化是图书馆发挥最大作用的必要条件之一。
Libraries should play the largest role. We must do according to the following three aspects： first, service concept of ＂Readers First＂ can not change, but the thought must adapt to changes of social development, with advanced level of business awareness and skills; second, books and documents must adapt to local conditions and meet the needs of readers; third, modern library is the necessary conditions that library play the biggest role.
