卵巢上皮癌中PTEN表达及其意义

Expression of PTEN in epithelial ovarian cancer and its significance

目的探讨卵巢上皮性癌中PTEN表达及其意义。方法 2009年1月至2010年6月收治的卵巢上皮性癌89例,选取同期良性卵巢肿瘤90例,正常卵巢组织90例,采用S-P免疫组化法进行PTEN检测。结果正常卵巢组、良性卵巢肿瘤组与卵巢上皮性癌组PTEN阳性率比较P〈0.05有显著差异性。卵巢上皮性癌临床分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ期与Ⅲ-Ⅳ期PTEN阳性率比较P〈0.05有显著差异性。病理分级G1~G2与G3PTEN阳性率比较P〈0.05有显著差异性。结论 PTEN阳性表达及表达缺失对于评价卵巢上皮性癌卵巢的恶性程度、转移及预后具有显著临床价值。

Objective To investigate the PTEN expression in the epithelial ovarian cancer and its significance.Methods January 2009-2010 June admitted 89 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer,selecting the same period 90 cases of benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue of 90 patients with SP immunohistochemical method for detection of PTEN.Results In normal ovaries group,benign ovarian tumors and epithelial ovarian cancer group the positive rate of PTEN comparison was significantly different（P0.05）.Clinical stage epithelial ovarian cancer stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ and Ⅲ~Ⅳ positive rate of PTEN was significantly different（P0.05）.Tumor grade G1~G2 and G3 PTEN positive rate was significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusions PTEN expression and loss of expression in epithelial ovarian cancer for the evaluation of ovarian malignancy,metastasis and prognosis have significant clinical value.
