MRI诊断前列腺疾病28例

MRI in diagnosis of prostate disease

目的探讨MRI对前列腺癌的临床诊断价值,分析漏诊、误诊原因以期提高MRI对前列腺癌的诊断符合率。方法回顾性分析28例临床拟诊前列腺疾患患者的MRI资料。结果本组28例患者经MRI诊断为前列腺癌24例,正确诊断率为85.7%,另外4例误诊为前列腺增生。误诊病例癌均发生在中央腺体,信号无明显差别。结论 MRI是前列腺癌及其分期最有效的影像手段,对临床治疗方法的选择具有重要指导意义。

Objective To evaluate the MRI on the diagnosis of prostate cancer,analysis of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in order to enhance the MRI diagnosis of prostate cancer rate.Methods A retrospective analysis of 28 cases diagnosed in patients with prostate disease MRI data.Results Totally 28 patients were diagnosed by MRI of prostate cancer in 24 cases,the correct diagnosis rate was 85.7%,other 4 cases were misdiagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia.Misdiagnosed cases of cancer occurred in the central gland,the signal was no significant difference.Conclusions MRI is a most effective imaging tool of staging of prostate cancer and have important guiding significance for clinical treatment.
