体检人群牙周炎因素的综合评价

Evaluation of periodontitis factors in medical groups

目的探讨社区牙周指数综合评价体检人群牙周炎的因素。方法 2009年1月至2010年1月健康体检人员1 800名,观察社区牙周指数与性别、年龄、受教育程度、吸烟程度、刷牙次数、刷牙时间等因素之间关系。结果 1 800名健康体检人员检查出牙周炎患者955例,牙周炎患病率53.05%。年龄、受教育程度、吸烟程度、刷牙次数、刷牙时间与牙周炎的发生有着密切因素。结论牙周炎与年龄、受教育程度、吸烟程度、刷牙次数、刷牙时间有着密切的关系,可以指导牙科医生对健康人群进行牙周炎防治的的健康教育提供了有力的支持。

Objective To evaluate the factors of community periodontal index of medical groups.Methods January 2009-January 2010 healthy volunteers 1800 to observe the relationship between the community periodontal index and the gender,age,educational level,smoking level,frequency of brushing,brushing time and other factors.Results Totally 1,800 healthy volunteers check out the 955 patients with periodontitis,periodontitis prevalence of 53.05%.Age,educational level,smoking level,frequency of brushing,brushing closely with the occurrence of periodontitis factors. Conclusions Periodontitis and age,educational level,smoking level,frequency of brushing,brushing time has a close relationship,can guide the dental health of populations on the prevention and treatment of periodontitis in health education provides a strong support.
