论文在分析馆员阅读现状与意义的基础上,指出馆员阅读是学习型馆员自我追求的重要手段,进而提出学习型馆员必须依靠组织培养才能实现其自身价值,同时指出了馆员自我实现的理由及方法。

Based on the analysis of the librarians＇ present reading situation and significance, this paper points out that reading is an important way of learning librarians＇ self-pursuit. It puts forward that the learning librarian must rely on the cultivating of the library to achieve their own value, and expounds the reason and method of self-actualization.
