目标的预设与生成:一种实地评估方法 被引量:5

摘要 评估围绕预设与生成维度的四个判断点,借助开发的学科实施革新表及配套量表,有目的地选择一类教师,通过课堂观察,师生访谈,文本分析等方法对教师进行全面、客观地评估,并给出评估报告。评估能帮助教师确定自己所处的层级,根据评估报告指导自己今后一段时间内的教学实践,更好地促进自身专业发展。评估时评估组成员与被评估对象都在评估活动中经历学习、思考、交流、提高、共同成长的一个过程。
