Hedgehog(Hh)蛋白是一种广泛分布的分泌蛋白,在机体的分化发育成熟中起着非常重要的作用。Hh蛋白通过与其膜受体结合从而激活胞内一系列的信号因子,包括第二信使Ser—Thr蛋白激酶Fu、Fu抑制剂Su(Fu)、激酶样蛋白Cos-2和核转录因子Ci。Hh通路在淋巴细胞的发生发展过程中占重要地位,主要在T、B淋巴细胞分化的早期阶段起作用。另外,Hh通路对间充质干细胞及造血干细胞的增殖和分化也有非常重要的调节作用。
The widely distributed Hedgehog family belongs to morphogenetic proteins. They can regulate patterning events during cell differentiation, development, and maturation. Hedgehog ligands interact with membrane receptors can result in the activation of several intracellular signal factors, including fused (Fu), suppressor of fused ( Su (Fu) ), costal-2 (Cos-2) and cubitus interruptus (Ci). Hedgehog pathway also plays an important role in the differentiation of lymphocytes, which may mainly act at the early stage of lymphocyte differentiation. Moreover, Hedgehog pathway may regulate the proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and hematopoietic stem cell as well.
