Chemotherapy sensitive genes and proteins in esophageal carcinoma

摘要 随着食管癌发生、发展过程中分子生物学机制研究的不断深入,与食管癌化疗相关的基因、蛋白,如表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、抑癌基因p53、剪切修复耦联因子1(ERCC1)、多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)、P-糖蛋白(P—gp)等的研究取得了较大进展。检测这些基因和蛋白将有利于预测食管癌化疗敏感性并制定合理的个体化治疗方案。 With the deep study of the molecular biology mechanism during esophageal carcinoma development, there are major progressions in the study of chemotherapy related genes and proteins in esophageal carcinoma, including EGFR, p53, ERCC1, MRP and P-gp, and the measurements of these genes and protein benefit the prediction of chemotherapy sensitivity and making the individualized treatment protocols.
