摘要
研究旋转式微发电机的磁场分布特性和磁路计算方法。设计了尺寸为Φ7mm×2mm的单定子、单转子结构旋转式微发电机。运用磁路分析法得出了微发电机空载气隙磁密的表达式。使用磁场数值仿真软件对微发电机模型进行了有限元分析,得到了空载运行时磁场的主要参数值和感应电动势波形。将数值仿真结果与磁路计算结果进行比较,空载气隙磁密的误差小于2.32%,空载感应电动势最大值的误差小于2.57%。仿真得到的磁场参数值可以用于微发电机的设计与分析,同时验证了磁路分析法可以用于微发电机研究。
Magnetic field distribution and magnetic circuit calculating method of micro rotational generator are researched.A single stator-single rotor micro generator with an overall size of Φ 7 mm×2 mm is designed.The formula of no-load air gap magnetic density is got by magnetic circuit analysis method.FEA is done for the micro generator model using magnetic field numerical simulation software.The main parameters of no-load magnetic field and the wave form of induced EMF are obtained.Comparing the results by magnetic circuit analysis and numerical simulation result,the error of air magnetic density is less than 2.32 % and the error of the maximum value of induced EMF is less than 2.57 %.The parameters of the magnetic field can be used in the design and analysis of the micro generator.And the results verify that the magnetic circuit analysis method can be used in the research of the micro generator.
