摘要 介绍了传统开环和闭环霍尔传感器的基本原理,并就传统霍尔传感器配合磁环的方法和新型磁集极霍尔传感器在大电流检测中的应用方案进行了对比,分析了它们的优缺点。以MLX91205磁集极霍尔传感器为例,重点研究了磁集极霍尔传感器在电动汽车中的电机控制器的大电流情况下的测量应用,实验结果表明:其具有测量范围宽、高线性度、低磁滞、高灵敏度、体积小、价格低等优点。 Basic principle of conventional open-loop and close-loop Hall sensor are introduced.The conventional Hall sensor with magnetic ring is compared with a new kind of integrated magnetic concentrator Hall sensor in heavy current testing.The integrated magnetic concentrator Hall sensor MLX91205 is taken as an example to be researched on testing application in heavy current of electric vehicle's motor controller.The result of experiment show it has advantage s,such as wide measurement range,high linearity,low magnetic hysteresis,high sensitivity,small bulk,low price and so on.
