摘要
通过文献资料、问卷调查、体质测试、数理统计等方法,对600名某高职学院的高职学生的生生活方式、体质健康进行调查,考察高职学生生活方式、体质健康的状况及相互关系,并提出科学建议,以提高高职学生的健康状况。
By means of data collecting,questionnaire survey,physical test and mathematical statistics,etc.,and with 600 students from Tianjin Institute of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade involved,the research is done on students＇ lifestyle and physical health.The relationship between the two objects is analyzed,and scientific suggestions are raised in order to improve the students＇ health.
