石杉碱甲治疗阿尔茨海默病的疗效观察

目的:探讨临床应用石杉碱甲胶丸治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年5月～2009年10月收治入院的符合诊断标准的老年痴呆患者46例,随机将46例患者分为观察组(23例)和对照组(23例),对照组患者给予脑复康片。观察组患者给予石杉碱甲胶丸0.2 mg,每日2次,口服;脑复康片0.8 g,每日3次,口服。均服用2个月,于疗前、疗后1个月、疗后2个月分别测定认知功能水平及SOD、LPO浓度。结果:①观察组23例,有效15例(65.22%),无效8例;对照组23例,有效10例(43.48%),无效13例。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗2个月后观察组SOD和LPO分别为(24.61±10.30)U/L,(35.66±4.35)mmol/g.Hb,对照组SOD和LPO为(22.52±10.41)U/L、(36.88±4.29)mmol/g.Hb,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.652、-2.743,P<0.05)。结论:SOD和LPO可作为石杉碱甲胶丸治疗中的观察指标,但与疗效缺乏直接关系,推测AD与SOD和LPO之间存在着复杂的内在联系。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Alzheimer treated with Huperzine A capsules.Methods： 46 Alzheimer patients meeting the diagnostic criteria in our hospital from May 2006 to October 2009 were randomly divided into observation group（23 cases） and control group（23 cases）,patients in control group were treated with Piracetam tablets.Patients in observation group were treated with Huperzine A capsules 0.2 mg,2 times/day,oral;Piracetam tablets 0.8 g,3 times/day,orally.All took 2 months.Then the level of cognitive function and SOD,LPO concentration before trentment,one and two months after treatment were detected.Results： ① Observation group of 23 patients,effective in 15 cases（65.22%）,ineffectualness in 8 cases;The control group of 23 patients,effective in 10 cases（43.48%）,ineffectualness in 13 cases;effect of two groups were compared,P0.05.② After two months treatment,in observation group SOD and LPO was（24.61±10.30） U/L,（35.66±4.35） mmol/g.Hb respectively,in control group the SOD and LPO was（22.52±10.41） U/L,（36.88±4.29） mmol/g.Hb respectively,difference of two groups was significant（t=2.652,-2.743,P0.05）.Conclusion： SOD and LPO can be observational index in Huperzine A capsules treatment,but it is short of direct relationship with the effect,suggests that complex internal relations are between SOD,LPO and AD.
