GK_(1F)型调车机车Z12V190BJ5A型柴油机“燃油进气”故障分析与处理

Analysis and elimination of air entering fuel oil systems of Z12V190BJ5A diesel engines for GK_( 1F) shunting locomotives

从运用角度出发，对ＧＫ１Ｆ型调车机车装用的Ｚ１２Ｖ１９０ＢＪ５Ａ 型柴油机“燃油进气”进行了分析，查出了原因，并参照泰山型调车机车的燃油系统结构，对其进行了改进，解决了机车运用中出现的起动困难及自动停机问题。

From the point of view of application,“air entering fuel oil systems”of Z12V190BJ5A diesel engines for GK 1F shunting locomotives was analyzed.The reasons were found out.With reference to the structure of fuel oil systems used in Taishan shunting locomotives.Z12V190BJ5A diesel engine was upgraded.The difficult start and automatic shutdown during locomotive operation were eliminated.
