正交试验法优选天麻钩藤胶囊提取工艺研究

Studies on optimizing the decocting extraction for Tianma Gouteng Capsules by orthogonal design method

目的:优选天麻钩藤胶囊提取工艺的最佳工艺条件。方法:以浸膏得率和天麻素含量为指标,考虑不同的煎煮时间、加水量、煎煮次数,采用L9(34)正交试验优选提取工艺,用高效液相色谱测定。结果:最佳工艺条件为煎煮2次,每次1.5 h,10倍量水。结论:优选的天麻钩藤胶囊提取工艺稳定可行,提取率高,为制备天麻钩藤胶囊的最佳提取工艺。

Objective： To study on optimizing decocting extraction for Tianma Gouteng Capsules by orthogonal design method.Methods： To optimize the decocting extraction with L9（34） orthogonal test,was used involing the time of the extration,the addition of water and the extraction times,the yields of extracts,the content of the gastrodin were used as evaluating criteria,was determined by HPLC.Results： The optimal condition was 2 times,1.5 hours each time and 8 folds amount of water.Conclusion： The optimized extractive technology is stable and efficient with high yields.The optimum process is suitable for the prepration of Tianma Gouteng Capsules.
