正交优选β-环糊精包合芦荟珍珠胶囊中木香挥发油的实验研究

Study on the preparation of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compounds of essential oil in Luhui Zhenzhu Capsules by orthogonal test

目的:研究β-环糊精包合芦荟珍珠胶囊中木香挥发油的制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以挥发油包合率和包合物得率的综合评分为评价指标,优选β-环糊精包合芦荟珍珠胶囊中挥发油的最佳工艺条件。结果:最佳挥发油包合工艺条件为:β-环糊精∶挥发油(g∶ml)为10∶1,包合时间2 h,β-环糊精:水为1∶3。结论:该工艺挥发油包合率及包合物收率较高,包合效果良好。

Objective： To study optimum inclusion process conditions for essential oil from Aucklandia lappa in Luhui Zhenzhu Capsules.Methods： The utilization ratio of volatile and the inclusion rate were determined to evaluate process conditions,and the condition was optimized with orthogonal design by the liquid-phase method in aqueous solution.Results： The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as β-CD∶ oil was 10∶1（g∶ml）,and ratio of amount of water to β-CD was 1∶3.The inclusion temperature and time were 2 hours.Conclusion： The yield is high in the optimum process condition and purpose of inclusion is achieved.
