全凭静脉麻醉在儿科手术疗效观察

The effects observation of total intravenous anesthesia in pediatric operation

目的:了解全凭静脉麻醉在儿科手术中的应用,探讨全凭静脉麻醉在儿科手术中的疗效。方法:将60例手术患儿随机分为两组,观察组30例,使用瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚进行麻醉,对照组30例,使用丙泊酚联合芬太尼进行麻醉,然后比较两组疗效。结果:观察组在苏醒时间、拔管时间等指标上均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚进行全凭静脉麻醉,效果显著,可控性强,并发症少,值得临床推广。

Objective： To acquaint the application of and explore the effects of total intravenous anesthesia in pediatric operation.Methods： 60 cases with pediatric operation were randomly divided into observation group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）,observation group were given by the anesthesia of Remifentanil combined with Propofol,and control group were given Fentanyl combined with Propofol,effect of two groups were compared.Results： effects of observation group（awakening time,extubation time and so on） were all better than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The total intravenous anesthesia with Remifentanil combined with Propofol has significant effect,strong controllable and few reaction,is worthy to be popularized.
