摘要
目的:探讨外科手术治疗慢性结核性脓胸的临床疗效。方法:对120例慢性结核性脓胸患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:所有患者术后脓腔全部消失治愈。治愈率100%,未出现手术死亡病例。结论:根据情况,选择适宜的手术方式是治疗慢性结核性脓胸的有效方法。
Objective： To discussion surgical operation treatment the chronic tubercular pyothorax the Clinical curative effect. Methods： Carries on the review analysis to 120 example chronicity tubercular pyothorax patient＇ s clinical material. Results： After all patient technique the pus cavity vanishes were completely cured. The cure rate 100%, had not appeared the surgery death case of illness. Conclusion： According to the situation, the choice being suitable surgerywaymight treat the chronic tubercular pyothorax the effective method.
