菠萝树叶光声层析光谱及其光合作用效率的研究

摘要 [目的]探讨用非损伤的光声层析光谱技术实时控制培育林苗成长的有效途径。[方法]采摘菠萝树叶绿色叶片和黄色叶片为试材,按光声池样品室大小切下靠中间的菠萝树绿叶片和黄叶片的叶小片,分别放进相应的光声池,应用归一化光声层析光谱试验装置,选用斩波频率24 Hz和34 Hz,时间常数3 s,分层进行光声层析光谱扫描,测量菠萝树绿叶正面和绿叶反面以及黄叶正面的光声层析光谱及其光学特性。[结果]菠萝树叶在特定调制频率时能提高光合作用效率。黄叶的叶绿体数量比绿叶少,黄叶比绿叶的光合作用明显减弱。菠萝树叶叶绿体数量越多,其光合作用越强,光合作用效率越高。[结论]应用归一化光声层析光谱试验装置测量菠萝树叶光声层析光谱是可行的。 [Objective] The study aimed to explore the effective ways of controlling the growth of forest seedlings in real time by using harmless photoacoustic chromatographic spectroscopy technique.[Method] Picking the green leaf and yellow leaf of pineapple tree as the test materials,the leaf slice of near-middle green leaf and yellow leaf from the pineapple tree were cut down according to the size of sample room of photoacoustic pool and put into the corresponding photoacoustic pools.With the chopping frequency of 24 Hz and 34 Hz,time constant of 3 s,the normalizing photoacoustic chromatographic spectroscopy experiment device was used for making the layered photoacoustic spectroscopy scanning to measure the photoacoustic chromatographic spectroscopy and its optical properties from both positive and negative green leaf and from the positive yellow leaf of pineapple tree.[Result] A specific modulation frequency could improve the efficiency of photosynthesis in pineapple leaves.The chloroplast number in the yellow leaves was mare than that in the green leaves,so the photosynthesis in the yellow leaves was significantly weakened compared with the green leaves.The more the chloroplast number in the pineapple leaf was,the stronger the photosynthesis was and the higher the photosynthetic efficiency was.[Conclusion] It was feasible to measure the photoacoustic chromatographic spectroscopy of the leaves in the pineapple tree.
