宁波地区石莼属绿藻形态学观察及分子生物学鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 采用形态学观察与分子生物学技术相结合的方法,对宁波周边海域采集的11个石莼属样品进行分析鉴定。结果表明,宁波地区石莼属绿藻有4个种类,其中3个为已知种类,分别为浒苔(Ulva prolifera)、曲浒苔(Ulva flexuosa)和孔石莼(Ulva.pertusa);1个为无法确定的种类(Ulva spp)。 Comparative analyses were made by the combination of morphological and molecular methods,and the 11 Ulva samples which collected from Ningbo area were identified.The result showed that four types of green algae belonging to Ulva were found: three known species,namely Ulva prolifera,Ulva flexuosa and Ulva.pertusa;Ulva spp can not determine the type.
