百子莲的盆栽矮化研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]为更好地调控植物生长提供一定的理论依据。[方法]采用不同浓度的多效唑(PP333)和矮壮素(CCC))处理盆栽百子莲,研究2种物质对盆栽百子莲的矮化效果。[结果]浓度500和1 000 mg/L的矮壮素和多效唑对2和4年生的百子莲植株都有很好的矮化作用,但是高浓度的多效唑会使植株产生药害。浓度500和1 000 mg/L的矮壮素对2年生植株花葶的矮化和增粗都有很好的效果,浓度500和1 000 mg/L的多效唑会使2年生植株产生药害,无法开花。浓度500 mg/L的矮壮素对4年生植株的花葶矮化和增粗效果最好。[结论]低浓度的矮壮素和多效唑有利于百子莲的盆栽矮化。 [Objective] The initial theoretic reference for the adjustment and control of plant growth was provided through the experiment.[Method] The effect of the PP333 and CCC with the different concentrations sprayed on plant dwarf of Agapanthus praecox ssp.Orientalis-Big Blue,which was planted in pot.[Results] The results showed that the effect the CCC with the concentration of 500mg/L and the PP333 with the concentration of 1 000 mg/L on the dwarf of 2 year-old and 4 year-old Big Blue was obvious and the hazard of the PP333 with higher concentration to plant could be produced.The CCC with the concentration of 500 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L could promote both the dwarf and the increment of the diameter of the stem of 2 year-old plant and the PP333 with the concentration of 500mg/L and 1 000 mg/L could result in the non-flowering of 2 year-old plant because of chemical damage.The treatment of the CCC with the concentration of 500mg/L to 4 year-old plant could produce better effect on scape-dwarfing and the increment of the diameter of plant stem.[Conclusion] The treatment of low concentration of CCC and PP333 was beneficial to the plant dwarf of potted Agapanthus praecox ssp.Orientalis.
