摘要 [目的]探讨ZB-1强酸性阳离子交换纤维柱制备医药级蔗糖的工艺。[方法]采用ZB-1强酸性阳离子交换纤维柱法去除食品级蔗糖中铅等杂质,制备医药级蔗糖,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定痕量的铅,并用旋光仪测定其比旋光度。[结果]当阳离子交换纤维用量为2.0 g,上柱液质量浓度为0.30 g/ml,pH为7,上样液流速为5 BV/h时,可有效除去食品级蔗糖中的铅等杂质,并使蔗糖比旋光度合格。[结论]该工艺制得的医药级蔗糖指标符合《英国药典》2000版标准,收率高达92.63%。 [Objective] The technology of the preparation of pharmaceutical-grade sucrose by means of strong acid cation exchange fiber column-ZB-1 was researched.[Method] The impurity such as lead in the food-grade sucrose was removed by means of the method of strong acid cation exchange fiber column-ZB-1 for its upgrading at pharmaceutical level,the trace amount of lead was tested with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and the specific rotation was tested with the polarimeter.[Result] When the amount of cation exchange fiber was 2.0 g,the concentration of the liquid column was 0.30 g/ml,the pH was 7,the flowing rate of sample was 5 BV/h,the lead and other impurities in food-grade sucrose could be effectively removed so that the specific rotation of sucrose.[Conclusion] The indicators of pharmaceutical-grade sucrose met the standard required in British Pharmacopoeia issued in 2000 and the removal rate was up to 92.63%.
